The method tones and strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, posture and balance, unites the mind and body and creates a longer, leaner shape. Pilates was developed to create a healthy body, a healthy mind and a healthy life. Incorporating mat work along with the Reformer and Cadillac at our studio, Pilates is a wonderful addition to all forms of fitness.
